Time’s up!
On a global system based on profit, where the individual loses more and more his human value to become only a tool, where the motto “Time is Money” reigns, the world of the living collapses.
A bust, whose head half immersed in a clock with the appearance of a coin, represents the infatuation in which Man is immersed in this adoration of the capitalist system in which he became a slave. This is still the case despite the numerous warnings given in the face of the ecological collapse resulting from this system.
At the side of the bust is a skull resting tenderly on his shoulder. This adult skull marked with a fontanelle represents what it will emanate from all of this: a fate with grim looks which, if it does not concern the men of today, concerns those of tomorrow.
The needle-free “coin” clock has lost its meaning, has become absurd. But it also marks the fact that we can no longer wait.
